The Customer Loyalty Program is a service of Ovation Travel Group, Inc. All users of this program and its website agree that their access to and use of the website are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access to the program and the website is undertaken at the user's own risk.
Eligibility for the Customer Loyalty Program is limited to current Ovation Travel Group clients. Employees who separate (voluntarily or involuntarily) from employment with the company will have 30 days from their last day of employment to redeem any remaining Points. After 30 days have expired, any remaining points will be forfeited.
Ovation Travel Group reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, and the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Ovation Travel Group at its sole discretion.
Each eligible employee will be sent a link to enroll in the Customer Loyalty Program for access to the program website.
Any Reward Points not redeemed within 30 days from separation of employment will be forfeited.
Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the Online Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
The Reward Points you accrue do not constitute your property. You cannot transfer Reward Points to another participant. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Ovation Travel Group reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Reward Points Online Catalog at any time and without notice.
When you have obtained sufficient Points, you may redeem an item(s) from those described in the Online Catalog.
Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions.
This website provides eligible participants with detail of transactions, as well as the Customer Loyalty Program Reward Point balances.
Ovation Travel Group reserves the right to terminate the Customer Loyalty Program at any time without any prior notice to you. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within 30 days of the date of termination of employment.
It is the responsibility of each eligible participant to use their awarded Points to redeem items from the Customer Loyalty Program Online Catalog. Awarded Points can only be redeemed for merchandise presented in the Online Catalog.
From time to time, Ovation Travel Group at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Reward Points Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Merchandise redeemed under the program may be subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participating employee and not Ovation Travel Group or any of its affiliates or agents. Ovation Travel Group may report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the Point value associated with each item in the Online Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
This website is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Ovation Travel Group. The information collected on this website will be used by Ovation Travel Group in connection with the Customer Loyalty Program. Online-Rewards will not provide your information to non-Ovation Travel Group or non-Ovation Travel Group third-party business partners without first obtaining your approval to do so.
